Aaron spent the better part of 4 years working at Twitter (following his successes using the platform to save his mother’s bookstore from going out of business) from 2010 - 2014.
The first two years were spent on the Twitter Support team where he managed all high-profile support requests from celebrities, entertainers, athletes et al.
After a move to the Marketing Communications team Aaron was Twitter’s first ever Social Media Manager, responsible for the @Twitter account. During this time he was also responsible for managing the talent that came to the Twitter office for Q+As, visits and meetings. His professionalism and rapport with some of the globe’s most famous people was an asset to Twitter throughout his time there.
