Photography
During the time Aaron spent living in San Francisco he developed a new passion in film photography. What began as a hobby photographing graffiti as a means to get acquainted with his new surroundings in the Bay Area evolved into an appreciation, not for the walls with the paint on them, but for the atmosphere in which they subsided. Shooting film remains a constant in Aaron’s life and the intentionally slow process stands in contrast to the phone cameras we all carry around with us today.
Below are a selection of images he’s proud of, shot on a variety of cameras over the last decade, some of which appear in a never-published zine he called “Everywhere All the Time".”
